Bookings are taken from one Saturday to the next with a minimum stay of one week and are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.
Rates vary depending on the time of year and are as follows:
High Season: £1,350 / week.
Mid Season: £950 / week.
Low Season: £800 / week.
Rates Include: Welcome Pack, bed linen, bathroom towels, initial set of toiletries / toilet rolls, dishcloths & tea towels, Ecover cleaning products, salt & pepper, filters for coffee percolator, central heating, firewood (including firelighters & kindling) for stove.
Payments will be taken by our agent “Bhard Enterprises Ltd”.
Restrictions: No smoking, No children under 5 years old, No pets.
25% of the rental charge is required at the time of booking to reserve your preferred dates. Payment of the balance is due a minimum of four weeks prior to the start of your stay and immediately if your stay is due to start in less than four weeks. We will send you reminder emails closer to the time. These payments are only refundable in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Please note that, while we generally operate “No Children under 5 Years Old” and “No Pets” policies, we do sometimes relax this under certain circumstances, subject to payment of an additional deposit against damages. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
Bookings for three weeks or more are welcomed and would be offered at a discounted rate.
